Welcome to Rollin Nolen’s BBQ
We are a small, family owned and operated business whose roots go down generations. We followed in our family’s footsteps in 2016 and began selling food “tail gating style” with our huge smoker attached to the back of our open trailer. We have grown tremendously since then, in more ways than one — and now are operating from a fully equipped food truck!

Rent our truck for your fun night! Customize the menu and ask us about our decorating skills. If you are having a themed party, don’t leave us out! We’ll decorate the truck to match. We want to give you your own customized truck rental experience that you and your guests will be talking about for years to come.
What’s Brewing?
In July, we introduced our Sweet Red Tea and survey say’s…'“oooooouuuuuiiiieeee!” Our custom blended, herbal, all natural sweet tea is available by the glass, all day, ‘erry’ day during the summer months. Once the colder weather comes our way, we no longer offer it by the glass on the truck. However, if you just gotta have that tea, we will be offering it through our catering service all winter long. You can buy it by the gallon. In fact we highly recommend you buy an extra gallon for yourself. Or just tell your guests when they show up thirsty, that the jugs all had leaks and you had no choice but to drink it all…either way, your secrets safe with us. (Wink Wink)

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! These guys came out to our work parking lot and served up some of the BEST bbq I have had to date. Friendly service, good variety, incredibly delicious, and large portions. If you see these guys out and about I recommend you stop and get some tasty food!

This is the 2nd yer we have had Rollin Nolen’s food truck for our Production Appreciation week. Our technicians and staff all LOVE and rave about the food! We get the pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked chicken sandwiches. All are fabulous! *October 2, 2024

I have died and gone to hush puppy heaven (the wings were delicious too). Rollin Nolen’s BBQ took me back home. They will be in Cambridge again Saturday and Sunday next weekend. Definitely going back. The service was outstanding. See you next weekend

We just had Rollin Nolen’s BBQ for our first food truck of the season at my work place. Excellent food as always. I tried their hush puppies for the first time. They were AMAZING lil balls of corn meal delight! Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside and just enough onion for the flavor, not overpowering and a drizzle of honey. They were the perfect size. If you have an event coming up, give them a shout. I’ll be keeping my eye on their calendar to see when they are near by. Thank you for coming today!
