Our Story
We are a small, family owned and operated business whose roots go down generations. We followed in our family’s footsteps in 2016 and began selling food “tail gating style” with our huge smoker attached to the back of our open trailer. We have grown tremendously since then, in more ways than one — and now are operating from a fully equipped food truck!
We are constantly adding new tasty creations to our menu and because of that, demand was even higher. So we had to do something about that. We are now more mobile for our community. We even offer catering services.
The Nolen family has always had a vision of serving up some of the best food, especially BBQ, in Minnesota, and that’s what we intended to continue doing. From our beef brisket to our seasoned pulled pork loaded fries, we take pride in serving you!
We take our craft of serving the finest foods very seriously. You won’t find a flavor quite like Rollin Nolen’s BBQ anywhere else. We create and mix our own special seasonings, rubs, and sauces knowing the flavors our customers experience will make them drool a little with every bite.
